Payment and Shipping
General Terms:
- For fresh products, national delivery (Portugal) is carried out by carriers specialized in the transportation of goods under strict temperature control. The transport rates are defined according to the carrier’s price list in effect on the date of the order and after agreement between WEPLANTINPORTUGAL and the Client.
- For fresh products, international delivery (EU) is carried out by carriers specialized in the transportation of goods under strict temperature control. The transport rates are defined according to the carrier’s price list in effect on the date of the order and after agreement between WEPLANTINPORTUGAL and the Client.
Delivery Times:
- Nationally (Portugal), items will be delivered within 3 to 5 days, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties.
- Internationally (EU), items will be delivered within 5 to 7 days, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon by both parties.
Delivery Conditions:
- Items must be delivered intact and properly packaged, with appropriate proof of cold-chain control.
- In case of discrepancies, the Client must provide evidence and send it to the responsible Sales Representative.
- To complete each purchase, you must select an address and a delivery time slot for each of your orders.
- In the case of collection at our facilities, you should confirm the availability schedule.
